ARCHIVE: Veterinary surveillance: Metadata standard for RADAR reports or 'outputs'

Whenever a report is produced by RADAR, it (like any other information source in the public sector) is required to have associated metadata. Certain metadata elements and refinements are of a higher initial importance, in terms of understanding the nature of the report, and hence these appear towards the front of the RADAR report. These elements and refinements are as follows:
  • Creator
  • Date.Created
  • Identifier
  • Quality
  • Publisher
  • Sources
  • Title

The remainder of the metadata associated with the report will be attached as a more detailed supplementary Appendix.
