Request for Information Proforma
Purpose
To inform stakeholders and interested parties that we are updating our stakeholder list(s) which is used when sending electronic communications by email to importers and customers who deal in intra-Union trade in, and imports from Third countries of animals and animal products.
To also ask stakeholders and importers to indicate (on the Proforma attached to this CIN) the area(s) of interest relevant to their company and for which they would like to receive information when changes occur in legislation.
The deadline for return of the completed proforma is 14 April 2011.
All non responses will be automatically removed from the current mailing list.
This CIN will be published on the Defra Website with the proforma document attached.
Action
All interested parties to complete the proforma and return via email or by post by deadline in paragraph 3 above.
