This area provides information related to the UK agricultural accounts and to farm management issues such as farm incomes, economic performance and farm wages.

• Agricultural accounts are a tool for analysing the economic situation of agriculture. One measure within the accounts is "Total Income from Farming" (or TIFF). This can be used to assess the performance of the whole agricultural industry. Figures are available for the UK, or for the English regions.
• The farm business survey provides information on the financial position and physical and economic performance of farm businesses in England. Various reports analysing particular aspects of the farm business survey are also available such as diversification, management practices, animal health planning, environment and countryside management, energy use and rents.
• Farm accounts in England provides detailed information on farm incomes.
• The survey of earnings and hours of agricultural and horticultural workers and the associated publication farm labour and wages statistics will be useful to anyone seeking information on agricultural labour and wages.
