Understanding behaviours in a farming context
This discussion paper brings together theoretical and applied evidence on behaviours, interprets and presents an integrated approach tailored towards farming-focussed analysis and policy development. Summarising new work on customer insight and segmentation it also provides some implications for both policy and the development of the work of the Observatory.
