Climate change statistics previously published on the e-Digest have been removed and are now available on the Department of Energy and Climate Change website.

A National Statistics publication produced by Defra
The content is produced to the standard required for National Statistics by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and provides a handy tool to assist informed discussion of environmental policies and developments both in the UK and in the international arena. Topics are reviewed at least annually with the latest data/information added as soon as practical after official publication. Corrections are made to information or data on an irregular basis when necessary.
National Statistics are produced to high professional standards set out in the UK Statistics Authority’s Code of Practice for Official Statistics. They undergo regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that they meet customer needs. They are produced free from any political interference.
