ARCHIVE: Water Charging Tariff Modelling Report

The aim of this work was to provide the Review with quantitative analysis of the effects of the current and of possible future alternative tariff arrangements on household water bills.  The report focused in particular on those household groups for whom current water and sewerage bills may be least affordable and on those household groups for whom water and sewerage bills could become more or less affordable under alternative charging methods.
