Amendments to Regulations
The Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006 No 618) came into force on 30 March 2006.
As the regulations effect the policy intention of S.I. 2005 1399, the guidance issued in conjunction with that S.I. is still current.
For ease of reference, we have produced the following (all in Adobe Acrobat PDF format):
- A consolidated version of the Regulations, showing the amendments made to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999
- Guidance on the application of the new Regulations which should be read in conjunction with the guidance issued for the 1999 Regulations.
